I have a situation that is new, but something we are attempting to resolve long term.
At the end of the study, just prior to the term screens, we are asking respondents two questions:
1) Would you like to receive an incentive
2) Would you like to participate in additional research.
If they say they want an incentive we port them to Rybbon to do that part.
If they agree to participate in additional research then we port them to an online qualitative platform we use.
The problem occurs if they say "yes" to both questions. As far as I am aware respondents can only see a single TERM question and that TERM question can only auto re-direct to one place.
Can anyone help me think through some good options on how to manage this conundrum?
