Could it be possible that utility/importance of levels across variables varies with counts, what could be the possible reasons...

Only thing I can think of is we estimate utilities on overall basis and not on segment wise/variable wise basis so the variation could be lost when we look at it that ways

Recently I am facing issue that the respondent which should ideally be incomplete is shown as complete. Is someone else to face any such issue.

Limbo data in V8 and V9

Is there any limbo cases in version 8 and version 9 or there is any improvement here.

duplicate IP Address is saving in sawtooth?

We are seeing duplicate IP address here, while we raise concern with panel, and they are having unique IP for same id's. Is it possible to have issue in Sawtooth end? We are using v7.

PageTime calculation

Hi,

I am running one survey, where I need to remove time based outliers in fielding. I used PageTime function from 1 to last page. I cross checked the no to make sure, it is calculating correct time. Here is the thing.

Total elapsed time : 2349
Total time taken on each page : 1105956

I assume total time taken on each page is in milliseconds and i need to divide this by 1000. In this case it is coming ~1106. I am confusing, is it my total elapsed time now, it should be ~2349.

Any help on this.

Addevent is not working in v8

Hi,

I am using addevent to check if user have filled any value to open end box. I am using same script which is working on v7 but saying error on v8. "SCRIPT438: Object doesn't support property or method 'addEvent' "

My code started with below simple lines.

var obj1 = document.mainform.Q111_r1_c1.value;
obj1.addEvent('keyup', hello);

Can you look into this?

MaxDiff Version

Is there any way to tell what version of the Max Diff is getting piped in? We would like to proof the Max diff rotations,there's no place to know which version we're looking at or choose a different version of the Max diff rotation. Let me know how possible that would be.

How to implement video in SSI Web 7

I am showing two video for current study. One with 7MB and another one with 2 MB (Length 30 sec). Can anybody give me a solution, how can I show these videos?
