I have a question about the CBC HB analysis.
We have 12 different target groups based on car model (small/big), age of the car (0-4, 5-9, 10-14 years) and customer type (active/passive). Each target group has at least approximately 50 respondents.
What is your advice on the HB analysis? Should you do an HB analyses per target group or on the total group of respondents. The results will be put into a simulator to simulate customer preferences, theoretical market shares and price changes.
