I am facing this issue for the first time and it is really troubling the fielding for us.
We have a live survey that has closed passwords.
We initially started with 25000 passwords. Then later we generated another 25000.
We are using Sawtooth hosting. There is no panel involved, we're directly sending the emails to prospective respondents.
The problem is there is no error in uploading the passwords, but we are seeing a lot of errors pertaining to password has reached maximum. The movement is also basically stuck.
Moreover, when I try the new passwords in test mode, I'm getting "Invalid login". (I can't test it on the live link.)
I have uploaded the password file many times, but the same issue persists. Any guidance at this point would be really helpful.
