Sawtooth Community,
I am working on a conjoint where respondents use multiple products in real life and I am trying to understand if that affects the results.
For the context: I have 5 brands that offer similar products. Respondents are offered random combinations of product features and are forced to choose one. I also have None option. However, in real life respondents use multiple products so they don't have to choose only one.
Do I need to account for this multiple product usage in Simulator? I am asking because Simulator calculates Share of Preference for a product assuming a single choice while in real life respondents can choose more than one product.
Thank you!
