I have recently updated my sawtooth lighthouse software to be the lastest version and when I try to access my study data it is stating that there is no data. On the admin module it says there were the correct number of responses recorded but in the lighthouse software I can retrieve it because it's acting as if the study has just been created and no data has been collected. Looking for anyone who might know why this has happened and what I can do about it.
I have extracted the data previously and have copies of it in excel but still need to be able to access it through the software.
