ACBC MustHave/Unacceptable Differences Between Analysis Counts and Manual Counts

Hello,

we conducted an ACBC Analysis for a university project. While sorting the data we found differences between the counts of unacceptable and must have data.

While the analysis tool of Sawtooth shows us 7 respondents who chose a certain level as unacceptable we count only 4 when manually counting the answers. Is this a result of missing attributes (attributes that didn't appear in the questionnaire) being marked as unacceptables or/and a result of marked must haves that automatically marked all other levels as unacceptables?

But more importantly: We manually count many more marked must haves than the analysis counting tool shows us. Where could that come from?

Thank you very much in advance and all the best!
