I am planning to do some market research, but I was wondering if there is a reliable alternative to conjoint analysis. I've seen that there are several alternatives (maxdiff, Simalto, simple ranking…), however, I would be grateful if someone could give me some advice about which one could be the most informative and easy to analyze as an alternative to conjoint.
I'm aware that this depends on the question that I have to research the market, however, I'm not asking for a particular data, I'm asking for a general answer.
