I did a maxdiff experiment anchored in the lighthouse and when evaluating the data, verify that when averaging the stipulated values I do not reach the value 100, which occurs when we do not use the anchor.
My experiment has 11 sets, 11 attributes and 4 attributes for sets. And there were 243 respondents, I would like to know if there is any procedure to be done such as calibration or perhaps an error in the designer.
