Best-worst scaling case 3 with sawtooth software?

We want to conduct a web-based survey with ssi-web.
Our question is whether ssi-web can make questions for best-worst scaling(BWS) case 3. This resembles a traditional discrete choice experiment, but instead of chosing one best option, the respondent has to chose also a worst option among at least three treatments.

I have noticed that ssiweb can do a max-diff scaling (BWS case 2), but I could not find an option to conduct a bws case 3. So is this possible with ssi web, or with other software from Sawtooth?
