I am trying to run the model explorer, but i does not work at all.
I keep the suggested settings (cross checked with the paper for optimal HB Priors Settings) and perform search for
- optimal prior variance and degrees of freedom
- interaction search
But however, I always get error messages after some minutes. Sometimes files cannot be found, but mostly it is because something is out of array.
"An error occurred reading the utility file. The file may be corrupted or have non-numeric values (excluding the header row).
More information: index out of array range
More information has been saved to ..."
Is this an issue that potentially can come up when the RAM runs short, or the hard disk is full (because of temporary saved files)? If so, how much disk space and RAM does this software need to run operations?
I think the file itself cannot be corrupted and it does have only numeric values, as the analysis manager works with the data and the file was directly exported from lighthouse studio.
How can I handle this? Any ideas?
