Hi & Happy new year,
I am using the CBC/HB stand-alone program to analyze my MaxDiff data but I am getting the same RLH if I run the B&W data, the Best only and the Worst only. All other specifications/settings are set as default & I do not know why is that?
Note: I found that in the (advanced) tab there is a checkbox "Use a Custom prior covariance matrix" that is checked by default and I am not sure if I should check or uncheck it.
If I uncheck the above checkbox the results are the same as when I use the Lighthouse studio only for both best and worst tasks.
When I use the Lighthouse studio for calculations, I got different results for each of the 3 data (best & worst, best only, worst only) but unfortunately for the MaxDiff analysis, I can't get the individual alpha and Beta draws in order to calculate the 95% confidence interval as a measure of the significance of each item/level (my MaxDiff is Case 2 "Profile case") that is why I am trying to use the stand-alone program but I was stuck with no difference between using any of the 3 data as if the estimations are always done using both best and worst results.
Is there any solution for this issue?

Ahmed
