CBC Select Button as Radio Button

Dear all,

Maybe this one is pretty simple and I just don't see the easy way to do it:

How can I show a radio button for each concept instead of the default select button with the "select" label in a CBC? (Lighthouse 9.15.4)

So I don't want any text like "Select", just the same type of circle as in the "Select" Question Type.
