Hey guys,
I have two versions of design for the same study (CBC- alternative specific design). Their design structure is the same ( # of concept per task, # of task per version, # of versions, # of random choice task and design seed), and they have the same sample size.
The one difference between them is design 2 has more prohibitions. The prohibitions are used to remove illogical scenarios, that is to remove choices that are having better performance but offering at a lower price.
The strength of design in the Advanced test (SSI web) is 430 with prohibtion included and 431 with prohibition not included. Can I compare these two numbers? If so, how will I know whether the difference between these numbers are significant?
* Both designs have standard error lower than 0.05 for main effects, and did not receive any error message when generating designs. Also, each product have shown at least 6 times to each respondent.
Design 2 is more similar to real market situation, but has a lower strength of design. How can I judge which design to go for?
Please advise guys! Thank you!
