Create composite variable for survey scores to segment respondents?

Hi all,

Is there any way to create a new variable within Lighthouse Studio based on the values of other variables collected?

I have values for individual survey items as individual variables, but would like to use total survey scores for segmentation of respondents in my HB analysis.
