Dropdown select question - autocomplete free text

Hello,

In my survey I am wanting people to supply the first part of their postcode (like a zip code in US except it is alphanumeric e.g. KT15 or AG2). This is a select question which requires one of ~2,000 available responses.

The default question response is for people to first click on the drop down arrow, which then shows the full list of all ~2k postcodes. Instinctively people scroll down this giant list which is time consuming and a little confusing seeing similar numbers next to each other. I would like respondents to instead be able to enter in free text, that presents them with autocomplete options after entering in one character. It is also important that respondents can only enter in a real postcode (that exists in a pre-defined list I have). The response cant just be limited to a certain amount of characters (postcode districts are 2,3 or 4 characters and not all permutations of characters are postcodes).

I am using lighthouse studio 9.14.2

Thanks for your help!

Richard

I saw a few similar posts but I couldn't get my list to display when I put it in "ListLabelsArray" and also it being an open-end question means respondents are not limited to specific responses?
