Error when importing CSV

Hi,

when I try to import the csv containing my ACBC respondent data into SSI Web, I always get an error message: "The csv appears to be corrupt near record '0' field '0'. The value is either an invalid csv field, the field is not separated by commas, is not a blank value for missing data, or does not contain data for all columns."

Is there a manual or advice how to import the respondent data into SSI Web?

In addition, as soon as I save the csv on my desktop, it tells me that some features might get lost if I save now, but I don't know how to save it in another format than csv/fix the format…any ideas?
