Grid question with Title and Description type Row Labels

Hi,

Is it possible to program a Grid question in a way that each Row gets 2 Row-Labels, first the 'Title' and then 'Description', by changing some settings or using some script?

If there is something in Question Library?

I can think of adding the items in RowItemsList with HTML Table <table></table> written in them for each item, but this could make alignment difficult.

Another way could be of creating a free-form question table.

However, I was hoping if we could do it directly in the grid question itself.

Any guidance would be helpful. Thanks.
