I have a list of 5 Items that are being rated 1-7 in a grid. I need to have a follow-up open end for 1 of the items chosen randomly, but I need to populate the question text with the item and the rating. For example, "Why did you rate "item 1" a "6".
How do I show on screen, the Item and the rating for that item in the question text?
