How do I set the marginal utility of the lowest level to zero and scale higher levels accordingly in a logit model?

I want to arrange the levels of an attribute in descending order so that when i get logit model results, the lowest level's marginal utility is set to zero and other levels' marginal utilities are scaled accordingly.

If there is a way to manually calculate that, that's also fine.
