I was cross-checking my CBC data including validation. Thank you for your input on how to compute RLH to identify bad respondents. I have just used time collected to subjectively identify speeders. Then, in a meeting, I have been asked how did you come to conclusion as this is a speeder or not. But I failed to provide a proper answer since I was just subjective in making a decision. Please may I have your suggestion if any on the best way to identify speeders?
