It is a known problem but not sure how to solve it. I have tried what is written here, but I cannot find a solution.
I use a university server, I was able to upload the survey but not anymore. I am not sure what the issue is.
I can not access either the server link or the admin one.
here is the error from the admin:
FAILED Database Connectivity
Failed to connect to the database. Access denied for database user "sawtooth". Check the database user name and password. Also verify that you have the database name (sawtooth) correct.
System Error: The system error message has been removed for security reasons. Consider using db_test.pl for debugging purposes. Contact Sawtooth Software for more information.

Database error.
Any idea, or suggestion is more than welcome.
