Kendall's tau and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient for CVA

Dear Sawtooth experts,

Good evening.

I was wondering whehter there is a way to rank the attributes based on normalized utility using zero centered differences for Each invidual.

I am aware that these two correlation coefficient are most common ways to test reliability for SPSS.

Would this be worth doing?

Repeated same scenarios twice and examined the Pearson's correlation but obtained very low reliability (correlation coefficient = 0.2, p < 0.01).

Also, very low average r-squared, .26.
