MaxDiff scores on the fly implementation

using scores on the fly, I need to ask which MaxDiff item of top 4 is the most preferred.

using MaxDiffRankAttLabel I can print the labels of the 4 highest ranked items into question text. How do I put these into a list so the respondent has the 4 highest ranked as radio choices.

Additionally, is there a way to retrieve item number from a list using label text as input to a function.
