Need some help with a lighthouse studio error "object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Hope you are all well.

I just imported my Qualtrics data (a fixed design CBC with 10 pairwise choices) into Lighthouse Studio and I am trying to perform some analysis. I can run HB, logit, latent class and interaction search but not counts. I received an error prompt "object reference not set to an instance of an object". Would you kindly explain what this means, or how to fix it?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
