I know this issue has been addressed before. And I checked those forum entries, but I am still having this problem of not being able to attach participant's ID on the link that will take respondents to claim their awards (set by the survey company).
I basically created 3 Terminate/link (for completes, screen-outs,quotafulls)
They look similar to this:

I then entered "pid" and "id" field names in Pass-in-Fields, as texts. I also left the Start Question Text empty.
My problem is that the survey starts and at the end of the survey, it asks for the User ID from respondents, if they enter it, then it will take them the survey again.
The survey company told me that the participants do not enter their ID assigned by the company - it should be automatic. But in my case it is not automatically taken the participants to a link where they can claim their award.
Could you please help me how to resolve this issue?
