Pop Up Not Loading

Hello,

I am trying to set up a pop-up so respondents can refresh their memory of a previous stimuli title NeoPed1. My code in the footer of a question is as follows:

[% PopUp("Click here to see stimuli", "NeoPedStim1.htm", 500, 500) %]

I have the HTML saved in the graphics folder, but during testing it says:

This localhost page can’t be found

No webpage was found for the web address: http://localhost:61501/graphics/NeoPedStim1.htm

HTTP ERROR 404

Can someone assist or inform a better way for a respondent to click on the screen and refresh their memory of a previous graphic? Thanks!!!
