Prevent multiple submissions from the same IP on discover

I have a CBC survey created on discover linked with qualtrics.
Respondents start the survey in qualtrics and after are redirected to sawtooth.
On qualtrics I have prevented multiple submissions, so respondents only reply once. Is there a way to do the same with the sawtooth survey?

Now if someone try to reply more than once, for the second time onwards they are sent directly to the sawtooth survey.
