I have set up a survey with three languages. Each language has one separate study file, but they are all three uploaded to one project in the server.
The pretest worked fine.
After that we launched the main survey and by today I wanted to check the responses. Unfortunately when I download and merge the data (get data within sawtooth) and try to analyze them with the analysis manager, I do get the error message "Incorrect design ID".
When I separate the languages it turns out, that only language2 has this problem, as languages 1 and 3 work fine (also when I merge 1 and 3 it works fine). So there seems to be a problem and I really don't know what to do, as a major task in this survey is to analyze those languages all together.
I used the same design file for all three studies, so I am wondering why language 2 makes problems. I checked all conditions and everything seems to be identical to the other languages.
I also tried to reimport the design file (in a study file copy) and tried to run analytics, but without success. The file was imported, accepted but analyzing doesn't work due to the design ID error.
My question is now:
1) How do I identify the design ID (to verify and evaluate the problem)?
2) Is there any possibility to solve that problem?
