Respondent uploads, heat maps, and image "mark-up"

In Sawtooth Lighthouse Studio v9.15.2, are the following possible?

1. Can respondents upload photos?

2. If we display a static image (.jpeg, .png, etc.), or link to a website, is there functionality for respondents to “mark-up” this image or site (e.g., circle in green what first caught your attention, highlight in red the text you do not agree with, etc.)?

   1. This could be clickable text or a clickable image, or a heat map which showcases their positive-neutral-negative feedback
