Hi,
I am running a survey using SSI Web Version 8.3.8. and received the following error message after choosing, "Yes" on our consent page and clicking "Next":
Sawtooth Error # 107
Malformed backup input.
Please check the error log for details.
It is possible that this error was caused by a network error. Please try to refresh your browser or try to backup and submit again. If the error continues please contact the survey administrator.
To get around the issue, I restarted the laptop and had the participant choose a different password (the error had happened twice when the participant used the same password).
The data looked to record properly but I wanted to inquire about what this error is referring to and how I can avoid it in the future!
