We are self hosting using IIS and MS SQL database.
Going to the admin module on the web server, I can login just fine. The message comes back with "Apply Changes" in the blue box at the top and the text of "Survey updated!" None of the links on the left side work (the ones under Data Management, Reports or Survey Administration). Clicking on any of them just gives the same message window back.
When I go to the login link, that's when I get the red:
Sawtooth Error #117
File open error
Error writing error log file. Check permissions.
What is the name of this file and where is it trying to be written to (folder on IIS server or database?
Currently using SSI Web Sawtooth version 8.3.10
