I am working on a problem where multiple questions that are present on the same page need to shown as different tabs, with one submit button below to submit all the questions across the tabs.
I am showing a representative code to display what I am trying to do. It is not working.
I'd be thankful for any help in this regard in terms of either code or approach, or any other guidance. Thanks.
