Slider question with left and right percentages based on each other

Hi,

I would like to add the following slider or select question, where respondents can select what percentage is OEM and what percentage is OES. The sum of these percentages is always 100 (in this example a respondent has 40% OES and 60% OES).

Is there a way to program this in a slider (semantic differential) or select question? Please look at the example below for a possible question to show to respondents.

*OEM should be 60% instead of 40% and OES 40% instead of the shown 60%
