Sparse vs Express MaxDiff

Hello Experts,

We have sensory project with 100 attributes/items to be "checked" according to the snacking situation, the objective is to describe best possible sensory textures and flavors to the consumers are looking for in snacks across different need states, such as "energize".

We are thinking to do either Sparse or Express MaxDiff. So, we need to know below…

1. Can we do all Analysis (count, HB, Latent class, TURF, Simulation, etc.) as normal Maxdiff using Sparse and Express?
2. Can we run "Latent Class" segmentation using both Sparse and Express MaxDiff?
3. Do we have any example papers/Traning to run Sparse and Express MaxDiff?
4. Do wee need to any special information (e.g. Limitations) regarding Sparse and Express MaxDiff?
