I am suffering an issue about implementing the survey by SSIWeb CAPI module. The CAPI module i use is the latest version, which is CAPI3_0_0, and the OS are Windows XP and 7.
My survey is consist of 2 parts, one part is programmed by NIPO, the other one is done by SSIWeb 8.14. I have set a jump link in NIPO to launch SSIWeb CAPI module at a specific question. Now, the problem is shown below.
When launching SSIWeb CAPI module by NIPO, it always pops up a warning window, said "
The following error occurred while trying to verify the status of port 61500 for use by SSi Web:
Error 10013
The requested address is a broadcase address, but flag is not set
Please contact Sawtooth Software (or your Sawtooth Software representative) for assistance.
"

Another warning window then pops up, said "
The following error occurred while starting Apache:
Object was unloaded
"

I have no idea about this warning, it would be highly appreciated that someone could help me on solving this problem, as it has very tight timeline for survey implementation.
Another reference is that if I test the part programmed by SSIWeb 8.14 only, it works well, but failed when links to NIPO part.
