Dear Users,
This post (As well as an email that has just been sent) is to inform you that Lighthouse Studio versions 9.0 through to 9.8.1 will officially sunset on November 15th 2026 (six months from today).
These versions of the software are between 6 and 10 years old now, and in order to ensure our users have the most secure, high-performance experience possible, we are shifting our full support and resources to later versions of the platform. As a result, you will no longer be able to access our services using these versions of the software, after the sunset date.
We are aware that a small number of users still have live projects using these versions, and this post is specifically for those people.
What This Means for You
Service Access: After 15th November, 2026, versions 9.0 - 9.8.1 will be decommissioned. You will be unable to log in or host surveys through these versions.
Current Projects: While these versions of the software will no longer function, you will still be able to access your projects and data by opening your project in a more recent version of the software. However, we recommend completing your migration early to ensure compatibility with any custom code / styling you may have added.
Technical Support: Technical troubleshooting for these versions will cease.
To maintain uninterrupted access to your projects, please upgrade to v9.17.2.
