Understanding Constant Sum Choice Based Conjoint

I'm building a Constant Sum/Chip Allocation CBC. I want to make sure I have a good understanding of how to interpret the results of the exercise.

  1. How (if at all) do interpretations of results for a Constant Sum CBC differ than for a discrete choice CBC?

  2. Am I able to get a sense of "willingness to pay" for levels in each attribute from the allocations?

If anyone can point me to the appropriate Sawtooth manual for guidance on Constant Sum CBCs that would be great as well.

Thanks!
